At OFEN, we have been mentoring and counselling dancers, choreographers, and dance practitioners since 2022.
The aim of career counselling is that we offer a supportive space where you can bring any challenge you are facing, whether that is a project, complex professional situation, interpersonal difficulty, personal goal, or simply something you need to talk through with guidance. Sessions can be one-off or ongoing, depending on your needs.
How we work together:

Space to reflect, untangle challenges, and plan next steps
Who is it for: Freelance dancers, company dancers, choreographers, teachers, researchers, company managers, students.
