OFEN does not receive funding through grants (we find it soul destroying applying for grants); instead, we depend on opportunities for paid positions in education, speaking engagements, consulting for both small and large institutions, and collaboration on exciting new projects. Paid opportunities allow us to sustain our research efforts, provide free resources and inspire industry-wide change.
